This VR headset is aimed at supporting PTSD patients who are reluctant to seek in-person consultation and treatment by providing therapeutic content. The headset is equipped with EEG sensors and helps the user perform stabilisation techniques such as deep breathing and muscle relaxation exercises when exposed to fear or stress. To control the device, the headset is accompanied by two hand-held controllers that are much simpler in functionality compared to most VR controllers.🎮
